Estimado Sr Esteban Beltran:

Como activista de Amnistia Internacional que Usted dirige y en el nombre de la Comunidad Cubana en el Exilio, nos dirigimos a Usted para expresarle nuestra profunda preocupacion por la integridad del cubano , hasta ahora de identidad desconocida , que fue violentamente arrestado minutos antes del comienzo de la Misa del Papa Benedicto XVI en Santiago de Cuba.

Hemos hecho esfuerzos por identificarlo para poder informarle a usted y a Amnistia Internacional, pero estos esfuerzos han sido en vano. Aun asi, le rogamos su intervencion ante el Gobierno cubano para demandar por la libertad, la  integridad fisica y la vida de este ciudadano cubano desconocido.
